Default 2003 Road King fuel injector issue

Installed straight drag pipes on bike rode for 2 weeks lost front cylinder. I had thought maybe I burnt or bent a valve with the way it was acting.
I had performed a leak down test took the front cylinder to 90psi my reading was 89 (1%) leak down did the rear cyl. reading was 86 (4%) valves were fine looked into the fuel injection from there . Thinking maybe had a problem with the front injector I switched the wires problem moved to rear cylinder thought I found the problem replaced the injectors (both) just to be sure, problem still remained not the injectors. started checking wires to injectors found I am not getting no signal to the front injector. located the # pin in the ECU location #21 tested wire for continuity from pin the injector plug there was no break in the wire . leads me to believe the ECU is bad . Is I on the right track don't wanna keep pissing money away could use some help !!! why is the rear injector plug firing but the front is not ??

Don't know about the codes, my 02 front injector had a intermittent miss over big bumps for a long time before it just stayed that way. reason the front wires to front injector was too short from factory on the harness, over time got worse solution cut a couple inches back and replace wires and connector, problem solved. I know 02 was problem I think 03 would be the same check that

If you're checking continuity with a DVOM it only takes one strand of wire to show as good. You can have a good resistance reading on your meter but not be able to carry enough current to open the injector.

On my 03 I could push and pull on the wire near the injector and make the miss come and go. The insulation on the wire also was slightly thinner looking and feeling near the connector.

It's a Delphi connector and you can get the pigtail from NAPA cheap enough that it might be worthwhile just to eliminate one more thing

Default My 02

Had the same problem a few years back....it was the ECM/computer.

They don't make an 02/03/04 computer, it will be an 05 I believe.

Yes you can only go a couple inches but add a couple more than whats there so it has room to move

Default Connector for fuel Injector

Had the same problem with my '03.

Replaced connector.

This is a GM part that connects from injector into wiring Harness on Twin CAm

GM # 12085491

Napa # 2-18457

It worked for me.

Wiggle the devil out of the wire and see if the motor will miss before changing anything.
As a possibility the wire is broken internally, inside insulation about six inches before injector.
