No fuel

I have a 2005 Road King Classic. It's not getting fuel to the rear cylinder. What could be wrong?

I'm not sure how the injectors work, but just curious to know how you concluded the rear cylinder wasn't getting fuel?

I put new plugs in, started it and ran it for a minute or so. It still ran rough. I took the plugs out and the rear one still looked brand new. The front plug had residue on it like it had fired.

Bad Injector or bad injector wire (shorted or crimped).

Start by checking the wiring to the injector. There were problems with shorted/open wires on some TC88's. Wire bundle was too tight and caused breakage or other damage...sometimes under the insulation.
