Default fuel processor problems

I installed a new "plug and play" Cobra PowerPro processor. It ran rough and I realized the front cylinder wasn't firing. I checked - and it IS getting spark. I removed the processor and restored everything back as it was. Front cylinder is still not firing. . . . any thought on what I could have screwed up.
I have checked wiring & connectors for the injectors and see no issues there...

There's no one fuse that would disable one injector and allow the other to work properly. I haven't checked the codes. . . out to do that now.

Pull off the Cobra and see if you get spark. At least then you'll know if it's the tuner or something on the bike.

Make, model, year of the bike would be good info. Model of Cobra autoTuner would also be good. Did you have a stage 1 or any dyno type tunes prior to installing the tuner. Did you purchase the tuner NEW? How do you KNOW the front cylinder isnt firing? We need more info.

/pulls out crystal ball.
