You have a hydraulic clutch with a hose, there isn't a cable.

If he has a 2014 FLHR, he certainly does NOT have a hydraulic clutch. Maybe the CVO, but not the standard Road King.

Default Which Clutch ?

If there is a small fluid reservoir next to the clutch lever, then it is hydraulic and cannot be adjusted. If it is cable driven, then there is a black accordion sleeve that covers the cable adjustment. Just grab the sleeve and pull it up or down to expose the adjuster.
If I was going to adjust the clutch, I would start with the clutch pack, not the cable.
