Default Where this connector go?

I am installing apes on my '17 SGS. There is a connector with a white wire and a black wire that runs along with the TGS harness. I am pretty sure I plugged everything I unplugged back in, but when I started the bike to test everything my check engine light stayed on, so I am not sure where this goes. Any idea?

Check your codes. Write them down clear them see if light goes away. Happens often when messing around with the wire .

I think W/B is one of 2 connectors for heated grips, violet,blue/black being the other.

This is what I was thinking was for heated grips, but I wasn't for sure. I don't have them.

yes..those are for the heated grips. also...you may want to unplug your connectors and make sure none of the pins moved back when you connected them together.

I had the same thing happen and it could be associated with your front brake switch. If the trouble code is for the brake light voltage then follow the process below.

Clear all your trouble codes and make sure your brake lights are working. If they aren't working correctly, one possibility is when you put the brake handle back on the button behind the brake handle didn't align correctly causing intermittent or poor contact between the brake lever and button. This video shows what I am talking about.
