Default Strange grinding vibration at speed

My 2010 Ultra is my first touring Harley with the updated frame. Maybe this is common for these i dont know, but.. When I am at a nice cruising speed of 50-60 maybe 2500 rpm i can feel an intermittent grinding noise. Its nothing that can be heard, and sometimes I just wonder if its mostly my imagination. Its more of a grinding wheel bearing feeling, but hard to explain. Not a rattle but a rubbing or slight grinding feel. I have had many Harleys and I realize they all make weird noises and vibrations at times, so Im not overly concerned. Just wondering what it might be. Belt tension? Wheel bearing? Primary bearing? My imagination? "They all do that?"

Could possibly be a wheel bearing. I’d start there and test/inspect them. With an inner primary bearing, usually the noise will go away when pulling in the clutch.

I would start with the wheel bearings, maybe a tire is cupped or out of balance.

it gets my vote as well. I had a low mileage E3 on my bike. Felt a weird vibration and it about drove me nuts. I had 4 different techs look at it. All said same thing .they all do that. Stopped in at Bob's Harley in AZ when I was down there. Showed me slight feathering on front tire. Could barely see it or feel it. Changed tire and presto, no more vibration .

Might want to check the compensator. Is it the original one or has it been changed?

Do you feel anything either in the bars or the seat of your ***. If you feel it in the bars check front wheel bearings and tire. If you feel it in the seat check rear tire and belt tension
