I used the Kuryakin Longhorn mount #KA7986 with no problems. Mount pegs of choice.

the kury longhorn mounts are the same as the hd long angled. either the long angled or the short angled will give the best look, while depending on your inseam, some of those other crash bar mounted ones may work, they just won't look as good doing it.

the frame mounted options like the ciro are interesting, though pricey. i'm not sure how i feel about them yet.

I am using Harley's Long Angle Adjustable Highway Peg Mounting (part # 50829-07A) and Mini Floorboard (part # 50500139).

Long angle mount on mine also the give a large set of options for foot placement and they have never dragged

i like the long adjustables myself. my legs are too short for the short adjustable. at least with the longs, i can rest my toes on the highway pegs and my heels on the floorboards.
