Worked for me. 5th gear clatter gone.
I don't know how it works but I am happy with mine now.
Decel whine still there in 5th but that was never a problem for me.

My 07 Ultra is the best ride I have had so far.....sure I have made some mods....SERT and IDS....but I can't help but smile when I ride this thing! I really don't understand all the negative-ism. I plan to ride this bike for a few years and several tens of thousand miles then trade for a new color and ABS.
