Don't know if you can buy them separately or not, but I know why you want them.
I had the Magnaflow 4.5" Hitmans installed on my '19 SGS just because of those up-slashed tips that look like they were made for the bike. Their sound is not bad either...not too loud but a nice deep throaty roar.
Gotta say, the Hitmans realy fit the bike like a glove.
Why not sell your Street Cannons and get a pair of Hitmans.

Let me be perfectly honest. I bought my '19 SGS during this past Bike Week here in Florida. I rode it all of about 40 miles from Seminole Harley, where I bought it, to the vendors at Destination Daytona where I had suspension work done and also had the Hitmans Installed. The stock pipes were just tooooo quite but I did not want anything toooo loud either. I looked at Rineharts, S&S, V&H and the Magnaflows. I have Rineharts on my Heritage and they are getting louder and louder, so I steered away from them. The V&H were too loud and to costly. I liked the sound of both the S&S and the Magnaflows. The up-slash was what sold me on the Magnaflows and the price was not bad either.
I can not say that I noticed any kind of performance change from before to after but that was just a short ride in stock mode. The M8-114 is a beast and my bike pulls like there is no tommorow and accelerates like a rabbit. Two up with nearly 360 lbs between rider and passenger and I hardly notice any difference from when I ride solo.
Let me just say this is my first Touring bike and I can only compare it to my Heritage with the M8-107 engine that I have been riding for only a little over a year. AND. there is no comparison. This SGS outperforms the Heritage in every respect except for slow manuvers which is more me then the bike.
I've been told if I changed out the head pipes to Magnaflows and used a good aftermarket tunner I would improve pereformance and fuel milage considerably, but i'm not considering it at this time because of warrenty concerns. I have no concerns about warrenty with just slip-ons.
Don't know if this was of any help but it is the best I can do.

You can change the head pipes and get better performance without voiding your warranty. Just use the Harley SE Tuner.
