Torque setting
Hey everybody. Getting ready to reinstall my oil pan. I was wondering if anyone knows the torque on the pan bolts and tightening sequence. And also the torque for the swing arm pivot shaft nut. I'm working on a 2005 roadking 88 twin cam
Its in the manual. I just can't imagine doing that job without the manual.
A jack under the engine may help getting it back in. For me was a lot harder getting back in with goop on, then getting out.

See if either one of these can help you Bro.

Then found this as well:
Does anyone have the torque specs for an 05 Road King swing arm? Where the swing arm meets the frame. Thank you!
Answers
Best Answer: Rear swingarm pivot shaft locknut 40-45 ft-lbs 54-61 Nm
Rear swingarm bracket bolts 34-42 ft-lbs 46-57 Nm
From the Service Manual, Section 6: Drive
Can't verify it's accuracy but he gives the section and location of the info if someone actually has a service manual from that time?
Good luck man
