I have the super touring wide on mine. I like it primarily due to the seating position, but...even with upgraded suspension I get little burn butt.
I'll be interested to know how yours turns out.
Yes they now due Mustangs. I run the exact seat.

Probably 75k to 80k miles ago, I had MCC work on my UC seat I have on my RG.
The option I chose set me down and back as far as they could on a stock seat pan, memory foam added to my section
and a double lift of memory foam on the passenger section....

Hola!

When I talked to them on the phone, I mentioned I wanted to do the Wide Touring. He said some models of Mustang they can't do, but they can do the Wide Touring. They won't do Corbin, which I had also inquired about, which is a shame since I also have a Corbin Classic solo, and really prefer the back rest on the Corbin. The seat is just too damn hard though.

I'll be sending my seat to them in a couple of weeks for a May 26th booking for the seat work. Will post back when I get it back and take a ride.

MeanCity does the work by appointment, they'll give a date of the work needed. then you have to ship your seat to them, you'll have to figure out ship time to get the seat to MeanCity. I had mine done during the winter time in 2014, and in Jan in MI there is too much snow and ice to ride, so no worries about down down time. I'm happy with the work they did. Your seat is shipped back to you the day the work is completed. There used to be a form to fill out on their web site as to what you would like done. Good luck.

They'll give you an exact date to have your seat there. Usually you need a $50 deposit. I had to have mine there on a Tuesday. I received my seat back on Friday. I'm sure shipping time will effect but I'm 650 miles away from NC. By them giving you a date they immediately work on your seat on that day. Sounded like most seat work takes less than a day.

On some seats that Mustang makes Mustang uses glue on the foam. So that's the issue I believe.

You print their form and then call them and they will ask questions about you and the bike. They really know what works...
