You won't find many people saying it didn't work for them. Best bet is to call them and get your answers straight from the source . Everyone's *** is different.
Had them do the stock seat on my old '12 Limited. I told them I wanted to sit as low as possible without sacrificing any comfort. Not sure what they called the mod exactly (they had a name for it) but I do remember it had two layers of memory foam. It was awesome and got me through my first Iron Butt with ease. Great people to work with. I remember the shipping was expensive though (I live in Washington State) at like $96 @ UPS just to get it to them. It was only $35 to send it back to me. To do it again, I'd ask if they could send you a shipping label for you to send it to them and just add it to the bill - take advantage of their shipping discount.
I just called last week to have my Mustang Wide touring w/ backrest modified and have an appointment for later May. Very nice people to work with. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay cheaper than a new seat.

Interesting.. rauchman, I didn't know they did Mustangs due to the rivets. Am I mistaken or has this changed?
I have the super touring wide on mine. I like it primarily due to the seating position, but...even with upgraded suspension I get little burn butt.
I'll be interested to know how yours turns out.
