Angry Running like CHIT...need some direction

Little history..09 FLHX. SE204 cams, FM air cleaner, FM stainless pipe, Jackpot 4" mufflers, Powervision and Target Tune. Also upgraded cylinders and pistons to 103ci.

Saturday, went to ride my Street Glide for our weekly 300 mile ride. Pulled off from the house and all was fine. Turned on the main road to head to the interstate and the buck was bucking/sputtering at constant throttle. Did a couple things to test if this happened at all gears and rpms and confirmed it did. When I pulled up to a stop light it felt like it was going to kill. Brought it back home and took the Springer.

When I got back I rode the street glide to local Dealer. We put it on the dyno, checked fuel pressure, checked for water in the fuel, exhaust and intake leaks. No problems in those areas...also no codes. My buddy runs it some more and determines that the rear cyclinder is just dropping out when it is at constant throttle, for no reason. Flashed the stock tune into it and it low and behold it runs just fine. No issues, except that it is lean because there is no tune. Flash the tuned map back into it and it runs likes it did earlier. Thinking the tune may have gotten corrupted I took the PV home, cleared the maps and reinstalled them into the PV. Went back and flashed the tune into the bike. Tech checked it out yesterday and does the same thing, but now throws code P0131 Front O2 Sensor lean, U1016 Loss of ICM/ECM serial data instruments. It also acts crazy and wont idle, wont run worth ****.

They throw in a shop ecm with a stock map and runs fine. I work all day so getting over there to play with the bike with them isnt easy. They think the ecm is crapping out, but if it gets flashed with the stock map it runs fine. Makes me think that maybe something is wrong with the PV. I cant flash the tune into the bike with the shop ECM to check the tune since the PV is locked to my ECM (WHOLE NOTHER QUESTION THERE). I checked the version and updated it when I uploaded the tune to it. It is currently on version 2.0.47-1613. I will note that it would not connect to the wifes 2015 SLIM with the correct cable. I am going to call FM tomorrow (might email them also). What might I be missing?

If the bike is running fine with stock tune, it has to be something with the PV or the PV map. If you bought it from FM and it’s their map they will help you out. I’m not sure, but I think they have a lifetime warranty on their PVs.

There IS a reason your rear cylinder keeps dropping out, it's just a matter of finding what that is! Mention it to FM, as they may have suggestions on how to confirm and rectify it, while also sorting out any other mapping issues.

Talked to Jamie..He thinks the Target Tune might be the culprit. Gonna check that hopefully this evening.

Red wire for rear jug pulled rofht out of the TT. Tightened everything down and will test ride tomorrow.

When I talked to Jamie he let me know the TT was ported over form the auto world and the wires are terrible. The do back out occasionally...had that happen on a trip with a green wire. Of you have a TT and bikes starts acting up out of thin air like mine heck your TT wiring
