Agreed, thats why I won't have a head set, CB radio or such. But the GPS feature while passing through unfamiliar cities is sure handy at times.

I don't use it for my phone, yet! But I use a ram mount that comes with two longer screws and goes where your hand controls mount to the bars. I use it for my Power vision. Thinking about getting one for my phone now

Another vote for Tackform. Slim and you don’t need the rubber sling that breaks. Have done plenty of miles and no issues.
