HD changed to the round, individual gauges in '96 so '95 and earlier would be the style you currently have. Can't tell you if the newer style inner will mount on your bike, the inner and outer are not interchangeable between the early and later models.

So 1995 be will fit my stock outer and get 1995 gauges ? But 96 may be different shape of badwing style ?

Right '95 and older has a gauge cluster under one large lens, the outer mounting uses 5 bolts through the windshield and two bolts into the triple tree plus 4 internal nuts. The '96 and up are individual gauges, three bolts through the windshield, 2 or 4 screws through the inner to the outer. Google the '95 and '96 FLHTC and look at the images and you'll see the differences.

I doubt you'll be able to increase the speaker size on the old style without major modifications.
