To start I have a bike that was from an insurance sale, eng and VIN don't match but was registered as a 2007 Road King. Just ordered a new Ignition Switch Housing P/N 71572-06 and a Ignition **** and key P/N 71532-03. Got home and found the Switch Housing is wrong ,requires a plug, mine was hard wired to the switch P/N 71640. Not sure if dealer will take it back, probably sell online but now I am wondering if the Ignition **** will work, don't have P/N as I drilled it off old one. Does anyone know if the Ignition ****'s are interchangeable or do I need to buy a new one of them also. Thanks
