Kuryakyn Running Board Extenders

I put them on this winter to gain the room from the exhuast. As it turned out I like the forward movement even more. It actually gained me an additional foot position, heel on the board, toe on the highway peg. Close to the +2 forwards on my night train. Small differences mean alot. I took off the heal/toe shift so I don't know how that would be affected. Good luck.

Wow, another 2 year old thread resurected for.....
Personally, I went with extensions and longer shifter arms from Baker Custom Inc. A little pricey, but TOP quality, good looks and great customer service. With their kits you can drop your heel shifter down so that it sits right off of the back of the floorboard. It frees up the whole board for your foot and makes shifting really nice. You just drop your heel off the back.

Hell why not... My bike is an 06 and guess what.. I still have the heel shifter that I never use and no board extenders... Am I missing the boat here? Is there a better discount if your not working as in permanent layoff... .... I just told the wife while we were on a 100 mile run today that I could do this the rest of my life but sooner or later ill prolly need money for harley goodies... I guess maybe the board kits are the cats AZZ but I personally wouldnt know and you guys need to give it a rest before you fire up everyone here.. me ........dont matter
