I know a couple of Shriners who have the HD parade fan, and they say it works well but really cooks the driver's right leg.

In this setup, note it says nothing about what happened to the horn. I'd sure find out before spending that kind of money.

EDIT: After my second cup of coffee, I see that the horn is built in!

 

Something that small doesn't look like it would push much air. Or really direct it where it needs to go.

 

The local dealer says that they work pretty good, but unless you are doing a lot of start/stop riding (Parade duty). Why bother?

yep - neighbour with an 07 Ultra just put one on - the horn now sucks for sound - we laugh at it. I live in Canada and not many days it would be hot enought to worry about it, and like one other person says - unless your idoling a lot likley not really needed, Might spend the money on an oil cooler instead or check into that, neighbour put on one of those also
I also ride an 07 Ultra - we can compare notes and in a couple years I can post something about all this and see if the investments were were worth it
