Can't tell you for sure, but it looks as though only the 06 Dyna models come factory equipped wuth the auto tensioner. Listed in the accessory catalog for 2006. Page 439. Part number 40063-05. Price 99.95.

No, the automatic tensioner is only in the Dynas. Although you can have it installed on your Ultra.
I put one on my '05 Road Glide at the 10K service and it has 5000 miles on it with no problem and I didn't get that sloppy shifting that I got with the original mannual adjusting tensioner after the chain loosened up.
