Bikes paid off early!
I thought the rates would come down but since they didn’t, I took money out of my investments and paid it off. I now am doubling up on my used Lexus I bought last year. 8 more payments on that and then double up on the Lincoln then dump all the extra on the house.
Congratulations Magnut1!
You made the right decision with that crazy 12.99% rate.
When we bought our 21 SGS we got a 2.99% rate from Eagle Mark. Even with that we paid it off early.
Nothing like have the titles in hand.

Congrats on your milestone!
I had the cash-in-hand when I bought my '13 King new. The dealer gave me a "better deal" if I financed, so I did. I paid it off in 3 months, and with the interest on 3 months I still saved enough for some extra jelly donuts.

The sales guy told me they want you to pay on the loan from Harley for at least 3 months then the sales team get some kind of bonus/kickback from the loan company. They were mad I got the credit union loan in a few weeks. LOL
LOL...."they were MAD"?!?!.......
Since they weren't paying any of the "juice" on the loan...YOU WERE, tell them it's your business not theirs. Honestly why should we as customers care about the dealer's commission from a bank or loan company? Even IF you go back to that dealer to buy another cycle in the future I seriously doubt if they say anything (if they even remember).....and besides most dealerships make much more $$$ in the Service Dept than they do in the showroom.......so your service business means much more to them. They won't say anything because THEY WANT that service/warranty work.

Congrats on all who hold titles. My last bike (23 Ultra) was the only one I was ever able to pay cash for once I got into the Harley world. Thankfully the dealer didn't try to talk me out of doing it that way. I asked the GM to find that specific bike for me (unsold in early 24) and give me his out the door price. He gave me an offer on my old bike I was comfortable with and we made it happen. New previous year bikes often come with discounts to move them along.
Now don't y'all get the impression I make big money. The last new vehicle I bought was in 1990 and I'm still driving that truck. Frees up a lot of motorcycle money.
