Default RE: Amp question

I bought the Hog Tunes amp with my Hog Tune speakers. Works great. Mounts on top of the radio and easy to plug in. My volume is usually set with the bars going about 1/2 way and that is plenty loud for me.

Mine is.

Is the car amp a proven plug & play unit?
Could we have some specifics? I'm interested.
