Speakers & Amp ?
Ok last question on my system. I have just replaced my HK HU with a Sony aftermarket. I am running my J&M Rokker XT 7.25 speakers with the J&M 250 watt amp. With using the aftermarket HU now would it sound best with a different amp and speakers that are 4 ohm? Was thinking of doing the BT 7.1 speakers with a BT 2180 amp or am I just wasting $?

My suggestion is simply this.. without spending more $.
Get with John @ J&M, let him talk to you about the amp adjustments that are hidden under the plastic cover on the top of this amp. you might find adjusting it will suit your needs.
