Default Red Light Runners

It was bound to happen to me sooner or later... Cagers are soooo careless here, I just dont get it. Cell Phones, Text Messaging, People driving while reading the Newspaper, drivers who dont understand the merge thing, and worst of all... Red Light Runners.

I got whacked last friday by a kid who says, "He just didnt see the red light". There were 4 witnesses that were kind enough to hang around and give their statements to the LEO. I think my bike is totaled. Recovery is gonna take a while, but I guess the lord has other plans for me.

You guys and gals Be Safe out there and have a Safe, Healthy, Happy Holiday Season.

Sucks. Sounds like you are going to be OK though, and that's what matters.

Horrible news, bike can be replaced by a new one.... Hope you get better really soon......

Freaking people here in Miami are color blind I know I typed this before but here it goes:

Green means go
Yellow means speed up
Red means go even faster

Between all theAzzholes on the cell, eating, texting, putting on makeup, reading etc...[:@][:@][:@]
not paying attention.Someof them were riding a donkey in their third world country thenmigrate here and buy the biggest truck, suv etc and claim that they know how to drive.

Been there , Done that! [:@]Hope you get over it all soon. Something is gonna have to be done about the sorry excuse for "drivers" that are out on the roads. The madness that I see everydaythat passes for driving is INSANE. Anyway, best of luck to you, and hope you get back up really soon!

glad to hear your ok. I saw a girl driving as she was putting on makeup and talking on the cell phone. I ended up easing up on the throttle to make sure I was no where near her.

I never take off from a red light without looking left then right as I engage the clutch. Even entering intersections at speed my attention is always on the supposed stopped traffic. It's kept me alive for the last 36 years on my Harleys. And I ride lie a bat out of hell.
If you ride like everyone is trying to kill you, you'll survive!
