I've used cruzer-kaddy(sp) from sponsor on this site. It mounts to your handlebars and will hold most of the normal water bottles you buy at store. Weird thing is when bottle is full, most of weight is on top and it cause it to tilt. Takes some getting used to.

Others have mounted similar devices on their bikes and will chime in eventually.

The one thing I've always wondered about the water bottle holder from H-D you're looking at is that since it is right over the exhaust, the water might get a little warm(unless you're running 2-1 exhaust eliminating the left pipe). Others can voice their opinions on this.

I use them on both sides and they're great. Keeps junk off the front of the bags too. Easy to get too goin down the road and I love reaching down there on a hot day and grabbin a drink. Water doesn't stay cold very long but it's still wet which is fine with me. Also - I stick mine in inverted with the top down - keeps the bugs and road grime off what's goin in my mouth.

Here's a shot that you can see somewhat. It's got velcro straps that go around the bar and is faux leather. Functional and good price

I found this at Walgreens. It fits perfectly. The heat will not affect the contents nor will the cold cool off the coffee.
