Got Black Legs
Ive got my black lower sliders and cans on the way. Just wondering how long I can expect to be down doing this job. I was a wrench for about 25 years so I do have some ability.
It will take you a few hours, the first leg a little longer untill you get the hang of it. Make sure you have a Service Man, It makes the job that mush easier.
Just finished converting mine and installing a lowering kit, took a total of 5 hours from start to finish. If you have a little bit of mechanical ability you will be just fine. Besides it will save you between $500 - $600 in labor if the stealer did it.
Pm me if you have any questions

About the hardest part is stipping it all apart. Start by getting the fairing off and the legs stripped and draining oil out over night when it's an off riding day. Then the job won't seem to take so long or be so messy.
