Default Suspension

Hey guys! I have a question. I have an '08 ultra classic, and I am vertically challenged. I boughtan adjustablebolt on lowering kit from Ebay. It will lower the bike from 1" to 3". My question is that when I install this, is there a need to adjust the front? Or is it going to be ok with just the one kit? Appreciate your help!

I think you are OK with just the rear but I don't think I would ever lower the rear 3" and it will screw up the way the bike handles.

I was going to lower it either 1.5 or 2" max. Thanks for the help.

FatHog, I am 5.5 with a 28in inseam. I installed the "Profile Low " lowering shocks and it lowered the rear 1in. I have done nothing to the frontend. The bike handles extremely good. I needed a bit more so I had the sseat redone to move me 1in forward and 1in lower so I can easily reach the ground now and paddle around the garage with no problems.

Thanks for the info. I am 5"7" with a 29" inseam. I will try the kit and see how it works. I may end up going with the low profile shocks, as this sounds like a better option. Did you lose any ground clearance? I am somewhat concerned about that.
