Default Rear fender facia

Can anyone tell me if i need to have holes in the rear fender filled to ad the street glide facia with the tri bar light and gap fillers on?

If you are referring to the holes for the fender tip light, yes, you will need to fill them.

you can put plugs in them or do it the right way and have them filled, I had all mine filled as you can see in the pic.
