On my '07 Street Glide the damn alarm goes off sometimes when I'm washing it with the fob in my pants pocket.

Mine arms itself when I swing my leg off the bike and take a step....can't be more than 3-4 feet.&nbsp\\; I've noticed it arm and disarm itself a couple times when I'm at a gas station and the fob is in my pants pocket.&nbsp\\; I was thinking the battery might be getting low because it has so little range.

I gave the dealer a call.&nbsp\\; Apparently they forgot to set the security code when they set up the bike.&nbsp\\; He says it's 5-10 minutes for him to do whenever I want to bring in the bike.&nbsp\\; Unfortunately, it's about a 2 1/2 hour ride each way, so I will have find the time to take it up there.&nbsp\\; Thanks for all the feedback.

I have had mine alarm 2' away when the fob was hanging on the other side of a door. Get it checked out.

The user manual spells out the sequence to set your private code and arm the alarm, seems very straight forward.&nbsp\\;
