I wanted to check out the security on my 08 Police Road King, so I left the fob on my dresser (upstairs in front of house) and went to start the bike in my detached garage out back. \\; It started right up! \\; Is this normal? \\; I figure the distance has to be 75-100 feet. \\;
At that distance it should not start and the lights should flash. Mine won't start if I just have the fob right inside the house from the garage. I would have it looked at. Might not be set up.
Shoot. \\; Mine sometimes won't start with my fob in my windshield bag. \\; I have to take it out and wave it. \\; Yours definately ain't working right.
