I really like my PC111 USB
When you take it off, the bike
will go back to factory settings.
No changes are made to the ECM and you can make
changes yourself with a laptop computer.
My bike runs great with the PC111 and
no more popping on decel.

I just did the HD Stage 1 download yesterday on my used '00 Road King that I purchased. Have a SE A/C and Sampson mufflers, stock pipes. I was hoping to get rid of the decel popping but it didn't work. Must have already had this flash in it and the dealer didn't even look before doing the download. So the $189 I spent was a waste of money IMHO. I'm going to get the PC III and try a canned map and if that don't work I have a local shop that does dyno's for $150.

I hope the PC III is easy to install??

When I had my '02 FLTRI, put a Zippers Performance high flow air filter, Vance and Hines 2 into 1 Pro-Pipe and a PCIII on it. With the PC3 I could tweak it myself and it worked great. It was a stock engine and tranny and a few chaps at the dealer took it for a spin (they knew the bike from before the mods) and after tweaking it, they (and I) found it really hauled a**. Bike had very good mileage with it with no issues.

If I had another FI, I would definitely go with another Power Commander.

Just ordered my PCIII and my Andrews 37h cams and Fat Cat exhaust! Couldn't wait any longer for Thundermax. If I hate my PCIII I guess I'll fork over the money for Thundermax with auto tune later... Fingers crossed!

I have a quick question for PCIII users.
Does the software on the PCIII work with Windows Vista or PRE Vista software.
Why I ask is because our laptop is Windows Vista.
If it does not work with Vista what happens a few years from now when previous
Windows versions are not sold ? That is the only reason I have been holding out
from getting one for both our bikes.
Thanks ....
Rob ....

The disc that came with mine would not work with Vista so I called dynojet and thier website has a place to download the Vista program. I did that in about a 1 min download and all works well. I like that I can adjust the map when switching anything (mufflers, air claener, pipes, cams ect)
