No ABS no Harley.
I have sports bike also, I am waiting for Honda to get their version of ABS/traction control on their bikes so I can get one.

OK, thanks for all the input. I am 95% convinced about going to pull the trigger on this deal. Yes I would rather have an 09 versus an 08, but if I do that the price I will pay is going to go way up (i.e., a lower trade value and MSRP at least plus Frt/Prep charges). Anyone think I am making a mistake here?

+1. Best feature HD has come out since fuel injection. If you ride a lot of miles or ride in the rain it is a great feature.
