Default Anyone need a windshield

I bought an 08 RKC but before I took it home I switched to a shorter windshield. The stock detachable windshield has been in the box ever since. If anyone wants it I'll sell it for $250 (I'll pay for shipping).

I didn't expect a whole lot of interest for this, but I figured I'd try since it's just sitting in my basement (with thousands of dollars worth of other stuff I took off the bike when I bought it).

That doesn't sound like too-bad a price. Does it still have all the hardware, too, or is it just the plastic?

What height did you go to and how do you like it? I'm thinking about 3/4" off the stock height would be perfect for my 6'-2" frame, but have been a little reluctant to try it, 'cause it ain't too bad as it is.

It has all the hardware attached. I went with the next size shorter in clear. I just don't like looking through the windshield or even noticing the top of it. I'm 6'. I wear a face shield on my helmet so if there is extra wind, it doesn't bother me.
