Radio replacement for 91 FLHTC
I have a 1991 FLHTC that is in great shape with the exception of the radio. Has anyone replaced the radio on a early 90 series glide with an aftermaket one. I'm assuming a marine type would be best for standing up to the elements. Just trying to find out what kind of problems are involved with fitment, speakers, whatever.
Any help would be appreciated.

Can't say there is a lot of posted information here on your question. You can try the "search" function.
Also, biketronics.com can probably help with a radio replacement and module to permit handlebar controls of it. You probably have 4" speakers and at some point HD changed to 5.25" speakers in the fairing by using plastic adapters for the larger speakers--but biketronics can help with that also.
Can't really provide any hard information, but at least this will get your post back to the first page.
Good luck with your search.

Glad to help. Dave and his wife run a very good business and their stuff WORKS. If you did a search for Biketronics here, you'd find dozens and dozens of happy customers.
Blue's suggestion about returning the Biketronics stuff is pretty lame since you didn't say what you bought. FireCap offers high end amps and speakers--which is pretty much irrelevant to your question. FireCap doesn't offer what you need which is an interface and compatible headunit for your bike. He may in the future, and I hope he does because more choices are always welcome--but not yet.
