Default need help please

been searching for the cause of a surging issue on my stock 07 e glide classic i found a broke bracket but not sure this could cause this its the bracket that slips in to the clamp on the exhaust close to the flange at the rear cylinder any input would be very helpful local dealer says its normal the surging that is that statement alone pisses me of to no end we know our bikes better than they do.

I don't think the bracket is causing the surging. I would check with another dealer and get it fixed.

Surging is NOT normal. Has the engine light came on?

+1 on the surging not being normal. Assuming that you have a cable throttle and EFI I would almost think that it has to be the EFI. Find a different dealer our call HD's customer service number.

Surging is caused by a lean running condition. Get a fuel manager to richen it up some.
