H-D Heavy Breather- any cons at all?

you have to stop and cover it when the rain comes. Not good on a touring bike

I had one on my 07 and I liked it, except on long rides. I also had the HD moustache engine guard on that bike and that air cleaner made it almost impossible to put my foot up on the rubber portion of the engine guard. Other than that, it was great.

As far as the rain issue goes, it's a non issue. They come with a rain cover.

Lots of folks leave the rain sock on 24/7...I do myself now n then

For what it's worth....Fits '08-later Touring models. Does not fit models equipped with fairing lower glove boxes. Street legal when used with original equipment throttle body.
