You truly bond with your bike when you clean it from stem to stern. You can talk to your buddy as you clean it. Your buddy listens and doesn't complain. It's happy when it is shinny and clean.....
If the owner treated his bike that poorly, chances are he treats his cars, etc. the same way. The dealer will clean it up and probably make a good profit.

See, I wasn't saying this to say who rides and who doesn't, or in what kind of conditions, it was just my thoughts about the abuse of a fine machine.
