Can anyone tell me the location of the two bolts holding the faring on that other posts say are located inside of the forks? I can not locate them. Small mouse built a big a nest in it and I had to clean it out. It also chewed one of the speaker wires and I need to splice it. I have taken the windshield off and left the middle bolt loose to hold the faring on. I have taken 4 bolts out of the riders side of the faring but something is holding it at the bottom. I have also removed the headlight crome bezel. Any help would be appreciated. I know a manual would help but with the state of the economy, and having 2 bikes I am trying to rely on you forum experts. Thanks.

Thanks! It is off and I'll do the repairs this evening. Ever in the middle Ga area, drinks are on me.

For the next guy: You don't need to mess with the headlight bezel.

Great pics petty.

Perfect explanation, HDV.

Tuco: now that you've done it once you'll be able to get it off and put it on in 10 minutes or less.

Like everything else, always scary the first time. (been there , done that).
