My 18 month old jack had a broken clip to the height lock plate, I called sears service and decided I would order 2. Girl I spoke to said she couldn't sell me two, but would send me one for free, as they are almost out of this part. This is just a heads up. I don't know what is up, but without this part the jack is difficult for one man operation.
