Default Twist Grip Sensor to harness wiring sequence

I'm looking to hardwire the TGS (twist grip sensor) to the harness and eliminate the green connector. I know, I could buy PN 32310-08, but that's another $80. I already took it apart thinking the service manual would identify the sequence for the green connector wires...but it doesn't. So, the TGS has 2 sets of 3 wires (6 total wires not including the heated grip wires), each set has a black, white, and red wire. One set is wrapped in yellow shrink tubing, the other in black shrink tubing. What is the sequence for connecting these to the individually colored wires of the harness?

Any help would be greatly appreciated...

From the yellow conduit,

a. Black wire to cavity 1
b. White wire to cavity 2
c. Red wire to cavity 3

From the black conduit,

a. Black wire to cavity 4
b. White wire to cavity 5
c. Red wire to cavity 6

If you can wait until tonight, I think I have it all written down from when I did mine. For what it's worth, I extended my twist grip wires when I put my 16 inch apes on and decided to eliminate the green connector. Had it all done, fired it up and the cruise light flashed constantly. Buddy at the dealer pulled a TSB warning against the extension of the twist grip wires because it can cause failure. Apparently some guy got killed because of the failure, he said. Anyhow, I bought the longer one and it's all better now. The bike eventually went into limp mode and threw a code when I was still trying to figure out the problem. I had soldered everything and heat shrinked it too. FWIW.

Thanks Daryl,

I only went 10" with the bars, but the green plug causes problems internally for me, and it's throwing error codes because it's getting tweaked at the bend in the bars. I have enough length in the stock cables to hardwire it...but I didn't write down the wire connections before I took the green connector apart thinking it was in the service manual....

Good thing you got that posted. I'm sure he'll be glad to get the bike on the road after 11 years.

To top it off, that was his first post in almost 6 years. Unbelievable! 😳
