Default PCIII help please!

I have an 06 Street Glide with a PCIII and everything stock. What would putting Wild Pig slipons do to the stock PCIII map? There is no canned mapping for just adding slipons. Is there something I could do to the stock map temporarily until I get an air cleaner? Maybe richen or lean the entire map?

Default RE: PCIII help please!

I recently installed a set of B&E Superflow slip-ons on my otherwise stock '04 RKC. Before I did, I talked to the service manager at the local dealer and he told me that just changing the mufflers didn't require remapping the computer, as long as I didn't mess with the air cleaner. I've put over 1,000 miles on it since I changed the mufflers. She's running and sounding great and haven't had any trouble yet. Good luck with yours!

ironzo is correct. Unless you change the air breather, you really dont need to change the map. Now, you may get small amount of cough or pop on decel, but otherwise should run fine. Once you change out your air breather, that is the time to not only get a new map, but to get a dyno tune.
