Default Thunderheaders vs. DD

I am running thunderheaders 2-1 and I love them things. Real bad part is the heat. Even with heat shields, I still feel the heat. So, out of curiosity, has anyone ever compared TH to DD pipes? If its cooler, Im considering goin to them. Or, does anyone know of any other companies that have 2-1 pipes that arent as hot....THANKS!

Thats a very good ?. I'd like to see the answer to this also. I'd like something a little quiter also, like 2 to 1 Supertrapps.

I've had Thunderheader on my bike, and currently have the Fatcat on my bike.............neither one put out too much heat.

It's all in the tune, if you are running super hot.......that means you are running lean. Get it on a dyno and get a proper tune done.
