Since many of these reports have involved '07's, I wonder if it isn't related to the starter torque recall. I haven't had this problem in 34k miles (knock on wood) but torqued my starter as per the new specs about a year ago.

So, we trailered the bike home, after some research and absolutely no error codes, my smart partner figured it could be the master relay, located in front of the inner rear fender. We started the bike up, let it run for about 5 min. then held a heat gun to it, sure enough the bike died. When trying to remove the relay, it basically fell apart, gonna go get a new one today, hope this works, I'll let you know
I had this same problem on my '97 Ultra, and again on my '02 Ultra. Both times it was the Main Circut Braker at fault!

ROTFLMAO.

Seriously. If moving would fix the problem it may be cheaper than getting the HD dealer to fix it........

Glad to hear it was an easy fix. I had it happen to me on my 06. I think I had moisture in the computer.
