Default Let the Winter mods begin

Well, I finally got my scoot down to the shop. Yes, loaded it into my trailer(too much black ice). Mods include ,but not limited to new fairing (not sure which one yet), new look to the rear fender, new 14" bars, black powder coated wheels, and 150/80-16 blackwall tires front and rear. Getting started today with the bars(those are easy).

Ordered a Fat Boy front fender and adapter kit to replace the big front fender. Got the bars mounted, will have photos later.

Got the rear fender off yesterday, and got a backing plate welded to the inside , to block out the tail light and turn signal bar holes. It is painted now, and will have the clear shot on it today.Making progress.

Here are the bars I went with. Didn't want them too tall .

I have two LED taillights ordered that will allow me to run one in each bag. They serve as run/brake /turn.

Looking good. With the looks of that rear tire, I hope you have a replacement planned! Looks as bad as mine
