you should post which 1's you are referring to.
There are several to chose from.

I am using the SE 64985-07a's which is the same as SE 80732-09

There are a good sounding pipe. However if you decide to change cams they are border line too loud. Depends on your ears.

I have the 80721-09 slash down on a 2010 UC. Sounds great, not too loud with a deeper growl. Gets deeper as mileage grows.

I am thinking of using these on my 08 UC as well. I have two questions, though:

1. Do these void the factory engine warranty?

2. If I install them, does that force me to do Stage 1, dyno, etc., etc., etc.?

I just want a slightly deeper sound and only a little louder than stock.

I have them on my '08 EGS, no other changes, and they sound just fine. As they've gotten miles on them they sound even better.

1) No it will not void the warranty

2) You only need the remapping if you replace the stock air filter. I replaced the stock air filter with the S/E and installed the SE 80721-09 slash down mufflers. Great sound, not much louder than stock but deepeer.

I think you would be happy with the SE 80721-09 slash down. I bought my set from a forum member. Look in the classifies or post your own ad.
