Ideas - Bike Night?
Midweek evenings like Wednesday or Thursday often work well since weekends can already be busy. Live music, simple food specials, and small giveaways usually help attract regular attendance. I once saw a similar event where riders from Luxury Rides LLC joined local enthusiasts, and having consistent scheduling really helped build a loyal and growing crowd.

And for the most part the popularity of bike nights did also

A bike night here that was on a caravan park was well attended but some thought it a great crack to have revving competitions. No more bike night.
So if you want suggestions make sure if that starts you shut it down immediately.
Locals will sure to complain and they are the long term for any venue.

At our Dealer's bike nights, they have food (local bar, finger food, gets the liquor and beer sales), a calendar girl contest (dealers annual calendar), local veders and motorcycle charities, and some kind of show off event, trick riders, monster trucks (this is the home of Big Foot), starts at 6, ends at 9. The Bar bike nights generally have live music, food specials, and some venders.
I’ve never done one myself. But just a thought, and I’m not sure about licensing or legality’s with it…. But the crap beer at bike nights is a massive turnoff to me. I’ll literally drink tea over a free Budweiser, Busch, Natural lite…. Any of that total headache crap.
See if you can do a bike show with 3-4 breweries sponsoring it? They wanna come for advertised exposure, you want them to come because their crowds will likely follow too. Split the proceeds somehow?
‘Maybe those are selfish thoughts but if they don’t have Guinness, Murphy’s, Sweet Baby Jesus, Left Hand Milk Stout or something like that I’m gone. My wife won’t even try a restaurant if they don’t have dark beer. She’ll look on line and ask when we get there if no dark beer she wants to go. I’m almost as bad.
And please for the love of all that’s holly don’t let any server say yes we have dark beer and then try to serve us Yuengling…. THAT IS NOT DARK BEER.

Being I am in Wisconsin. Bike nights are a part of the riding scene and history of Harley (Milwaukee is not too far away)
We had the MDA tub run here that brought in millions of dollars not just for the charity but hotels, restaurants etc. (Kutter Harley Davidson hosted it for many years with HOG chapters etc) People came from many states to attend this charity ride/event.
Up here you can find bike nights pretty much any weekday, and even Sundays. Many do charity or benefit rides on Saturday.
Charities are huge. Have something that benefits the local community. High light the community and companies/businesses, big and small, that are within the community. It is a major thing to have the community involvement and support. They will make or break the bike night.
High schools do a lot of benefits during the bike nights up here. They can help with raffles and giveaways. Which brings in all types of people, not just bikers.
Keep it so all walks of life can attend without feeling like they don't belong. This to include young and old. So, food has to be appropriate for the younger kids.
And last thing I can recommend is this. Which I know will not be popular among some is......Keep biker colors at bay. I am not against biker groups, but I have seen the general community get turned off by this. And in some events bring unwanted police involvement, which you do not want.
But, in the same breath, aligning with a biker group/local shop that is involved with the community (Vets roll, Marine corps league etc) could be a good thing for the bike night becoming popular and successful. And this may bring an understanding of the biker community to many who have no idea. Remember, some are scared of "That biker" with long hair and grey beard in leather. Sad, but true.
Good luck to anyone who is making a bike night in 2026. Hope you can make it a successful event for your community.

Went to ACE Cafe Thursday for their Bike-Nite Triumph reveal… it was ok.. I was surprised how incredibly dominated it was with Porto Rico flavored Crotch Rockets. I mean at least 80% was that style. I think I counted a total of 5 Triumphs all night. Maybe a dozen baggers and like 3 Dyna’s… it was kinda weird. We left the bikes parked and walked to Community Brewing and had a couple beers and then walked to the Tennessee Truffle.. EXCELLENT FOOD! I had pork loin with an amazing sauce. My buddy had some kinda pasta that was off the chain good.
When we walked back to ACE Cafe it was a sea of short guys listening to extremely loud competitive music from massive stereos all over the parking lot… not my scene. I kinda hope the owner bands the stereos or cops start hanging and handing out tickets.
