Have you pulled you baffles out yet. Have read about many having a deal of a time pulling them out.

wood stove wrap, will not burn out and cheap.

its not bad to remove the baffles,and i have also heard about using stove rope or sove gasket. that stuff shuld last a long time it comes in a few diameters fom 1/4'' to 1'' also in flat. anyone else try this ?

I used some fiberglass cloth that you can get at any auto or hardware store. It's used for body work and comes in a small bag. Folded the sheet 2 times then wrap it up. Used masking tape to hold in place. 1 bag per pipe. It works great for me and it outlasted the og packing.

Fuel Moto has Silent Sport packing material...gauranteed not burn up or blow out. Good stuff. Had them put it in my Rush slash downs when I bought them.
