I'm not sure I understand your question as Rush mfflers have a non removable baffle.

My Rush mufflers have a removable baffle. I would try them as they comes from the factory first. Make sure they work well and then try the other baffles. At least that way you will have a known base to evaluate from.

The thunder monster baffle goes at the end of your head pipe and I thought the rush muffler were removable

I have the Rush 2.5 and I thought the were not removable but maybe I'm wrong as I've never tried nor have I wanted to. When I bought them I asked and the sales rep told me they were not but then he was wrong on so many different levels over the past few years.

Actually they are removable as I just went out and looked. I have tips on mine which have two screws that hold them on but about six inches back on the bottom of the muffler is another screw that is for the baffle. I'm stand corrected and sorry I was giving incorrect information. I will STF up now. [sm=escape.gif]

The RUSH baffles are removable! Look on the bottom of the pipe towards the rear, you will see the screw and nut that hold the baffle in. You can get different baffles for them ranging from 1.5 to 2.75??? inch.

Roofer try the Rush baffles first. They are a glass packed baffle and give a more mellow sound. The Thunder Monsters are a good baffle, and also produce a different sound. If you want loud than go with your Thunder Monsters.
