I had the Rush 2.25 on my 07 RKC , too much popping on decel , went with 2 inch baffles and installed my Thunder Monsters just ahead of the mufflers in the head pipe . I could not be happier , sounds great , nice deep rumble and really barks when you open her up.

Installedthe Rush slip-ons about two months ago, I love the sound! I didn't want them too loud so I bought the 1.75 baffles.

I'm running them both right now in my 08 Ultra. Thunder Monsters in the true dual head pipes and the Rush slip-on's with 2" baffles. Very deep and low sound!

ORIGINAL: roofer

I oredered the rush mufflers with 2.25 baffles my question is should I leave my thunder monster baffles in or take them out. Thanks
roofer, take them out, you will have to much baffling if you leave both of them in, I know because I just came back from the dyno and it will kill the hp but it will help on tq a little on the bottom end, it will also change the sound of your mufflers.
