Less trips to the vineyard.... just kidding.
Could be improper grounding ( or installation ) of the radio or speaker wires installed near other wiring that will cause signal interference.... even your cell phone will create noise if too close to the antenna or speakers. Not much to go on here..... best of luck !!

My take is to make sure you have run power and ground straight from your batter posts.
ensure all connections are clean and bright.
check all connections for broken wires, damaged terminals, etc.
You can buy a ground loop eliminator for small $$$ but I would re-check all wiring and connections first.
POwer and ground direct to the battery is of utmost importance...
