Question Hmmm, vibration

Hello out there, writing to pick your brains, I have an 09 Ultra lately I have been feeling a tapping type of vibration in my floorboards, I found a post from another forum that the rear master cyl, where the brake lever connects to the shaft is real close to the exhaust, Well mine is no more than 1/16 to max 1/8 of an inch away from the exhaust, my question is, under load do you guys think this thing will twist around that much, plus the exhaust grow a little since its hot, my guess is that it will, just trying to find some two cents? I really dont trust my dealer, and want to exhaust all possibilities before I go and start a witch hunt with them, any help would be great, by the way stock head pipes.. thx to all in advance.

If you push the brake pedal slightly oes the knock go away?

If you push the pedal towards the pipe does it touch?

I havent had a chance to take it out and try but I will, had to come to work tonight, just trying to see if others have had this issue, and wondering if/ or how much the engine will move around, I guess there is no precise measurement of something like this, but if mine is moving a whole lot maybe I have a bad mount also... thx for the reply...
